John Werner, President
John brings with him over 18 years experience in the industry. Starting at age 19, John was recruited for his position at Mullen Construction Company. By age 22 his title was Foreman. He transitioned into his next position as the youngest Project Manager for Carlino at age 26. In one year John oversaw the construction of 47 homes. In addition to home construction, John also has extensive commercial construction experience. In 2004, he started an excavation division for Latshaw Brothers Excavation. Now successful in business with Cedar Valley Excavation. |

Donald Kellenberger, Vice President
Donald, Vice Presdient, has been with Cedar Valley since its inception. In 2002, Donald was honorably discharged as a Sergeant from the US Marine Corps and received his degree in Applied Science from PA College of Technology in Heavy Equipment. Donald's specialized expertise is in crushing and screening with extensive experience in land clearing, utility installation, bulk earth moving and truck driving. |
